Most people book for 4-12 weeks, when on contracts, secondment, sabbatical, or relocation to Wellington, New Zealand. Novella is a fully furnished apartment that feels like home. In Mt Victoria, it's a brilliant lodging alternative to hotels, apartment hotels or bed and breakfasts. Rates are for 2 adults.
Basic rate including electricity, gas, phone rental, linen, TV, broadband internet connection and GST:
$510.00 per week
Weekly rent for carport: additional $30.00 per week.
Novella is booked for January, March and April 2012. It's now on the market, so may be sold by May. But ask!

You (the customer) may cancel your booking without penalty up to 7 days before the booked arrival date. If you cancel any later, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one week's rent.
I (the owner) may cancel your booking up to 1 month before the booked arrival date without penalty. If I cancel any later, I pay you a cancellation fee equal to one week's rent.
